Amani Mbabazi,8, is a young and beautiful soul but sick. Amani was born with one kidney and has undergone several surgeries at Aga Khan Nairobi in vain. She needs a kidney transplant in India. Her dad Wahab Mbabazi needs help to see this girl keep her smile.
