Motivational speaker and political analyst who also doubles as Deputy Chairman of Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) Buganda Region, Mr. Frank Gashumba, has said Africans must learn to solve issues affecting them right from their homelands.
Posting on his social media platforms, Frank Gashumba said if there are people who still African problems can be solved from Washington, London or France, they should read a book called Silent Accomplice.

Below is what he posted on the matter;

“Next month, April 2026, Rwandans across the globe and Pan-Africanists across the globe will be commemorating 32 years after the genocide against the Tutsis. If you are an African and you still think the problems and challenges of African countries will be solved in Washington, London, France, etc., I suggest and recommend that you read the book Silent Accomplice,” Frank Gashumba posted.
