Hon. Peter Ogwang has thanked President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for re-appointing him in the Ministry of Education as State Minister for Sports.
Speaking after the appointment, Hon. Peter Ogwang who doubles as Ngariam County MP promised to remain steadfast in supporting NRM Government aspirations and policies which are geared towards transforming the country.

“Who am I to catch the eye of the appointing authority again?
With profound humility, I thank President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for reappointing me to the Ministry of Education and Sports as the State Minister for Sports. It has been a great pleasure working with my senior Minister, Mama Janet Museveni at the ministry for the past years and I am excited that we have both bounced back so that I can continue tapping from her wealth of wisdom and mentorship in this new “Kisanja no sleep.” I pledge to remain steadfast in supporting the NRM’s aspirations and policies, which are geared towards transforming our motherland, with a specific focus on the development of education and sports. Let’s keep the Sport alive,” Hon. Peter Ogwang said.
