The State Minister for Refugees, Relief and Disaster Preparedness who also doubles as Kitgum Woman MP Hon. Lillian Aber, has announced that she will contest again for the same seat come 2026.
Under her leadership, Kitgum District has improved a lot in service delivery and she has been a present figure ever on the ground extending support.
Her re-seeking for another term will not surprise anyone and she has truly served people on both fronts.
The women and people of Kitgum District are happy to have her as their Woman MP and have pledged more support to both her and President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
