Singer Angella Katatumba has been recognized among Uganda’s top influential and successful ladies by SOS Uganda. She was mentioned as one of the most important ladies in Uganda alongside First Lady Janet Museveni, Winnie Byanyima, NTV’s Aggie Konde and Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) Commissioner General, Doris Akol and Uganda National Roads Authority ED Allen Kagina.
The singer said she was more than humbled to be recognized among these great successful women.

“I am more than humbled that you can recognize me, and most importantly, put me among these great successful women like Janet Museveni, Winnie Byanyima, Aggie Konde, Doris Akol and Allen Kagina,” Angella posted.
The singer was recognized for spearheading campaign to build Mulago Hospital titled ‘Mulago Yaffe’. She has also been instrumental in charity work for the last 10 years.
