Masaka Municipality MP Hon. Mathias Mpuuga is in total disbelief after failing to pass Law Development Centre (LDC) Bar course .
The legislator who did well in three terms was among those who failed the forth term’s papers. More than 30 students including the legislator were dismissed after failing four or more papers in accordance with the rules governing the passing of the bar course.
The MP failed Corporate and Commercial practice, Criminal proceedings, Family law practice, Land Transactions, Legal writing and Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution.
