Hon. Winifred Nakandi who is vying for Nakawa East MP seat has told the people of Luzira to vote her in 2026 general elections for effective representation with accountability.
Contesting under Democratic Front (DF) party ticket, Hon. Winifred Nakandi said the people of Luzira Parish and Nakawa East at large deserve a representation that listens and solves their needs. She told the people to fully support her so that she delivers for them. Today, she heads to Nakawa Institutions to mobilize for more support.
“Thank you, Luzira Parish. Tomorrow (Thursday), we take the message of Real Change to Nakawa Institutions. MUBS, MTAC, Nakawa Vocational Training College, UICT, we are coming,” Winifred Nakandi said after yesterday’s rally.
