Sheema District LC V chairperson hopeful Ms Winfred Kabarokore has outlined some of her highlights in her upcoming manifesto due to be launched soon.
In summary, Ms Winfred said she will convine meetings, host civic events, and represent the District where fit.
She said she will also monitor the general administration of the area of her boundary, oversee the performance.
Winfred Kabarokore continued and said she will use her best public relations etc to lobby for the district.
Then whatever is sent by our other district important people MPs and grants, with her advanced skills and experience, she will put them to proper use, monitor, supervise, to ensure value for money and betterment of the society.
She said she will launch her manifesto soon.
