2026 Updates: Profiling Winfred Kabarokore, the great woman vying for Sheema District LC V Chairperson seat

Ms Winfred Kabarokore hails from Katoma Parish, Kigarama Sub County, Sheema North in Sheema District.

She has participated actively in Sheema politics and she is former member of Sheema DEC with vast experience in Sheema district local government administration.

She served as a Public Accounts Committee member, a former project manager at PlanRwanda, a former lecturer at Ankore Western University(AWU), an experienced teacher in high school.

She is an entrepreneur with wide experience and engaging with the local business community, a farmer with experience in animal and crop production, she has served on health facility management committees, and connected with leaders at national level to lobby for Sheema

Winfred has greater vision for Sheema District and will balance Sheema politics to have everyone inclusive in Sheema development.
