2026 Updates: Okurut Moses eyes Bukedea District top seat

Mr. Okurut Moses has declared his intentions to vie for Bukedea District LC 5 Chairperson seat.

Okurut holds diploma in home economics from Cavendish University Uganda and he is currently occupied in private business.

He wants to restore the lost glory that the people of Bukedea District have lost due to differences in political affiliations.Therefore peace, transparency and unity are on top of his what to do list.

His announcement has mounted pressure on the incumbent but never the less Okurut says they have to be voted out of the sits if the promises are not fully full filled at the end of the term.
