Media personality and development activist Mr. Musinguzi Johnson Byarabaha has picked up NRM nomination forms at the party headquarters at Kyadondo, Nakesero as he gears up for Sheema South MP seat battle 2026.
Under the slogan #TeamGoogoro , Byarabaha has pledged through a robust intervention to tackle Youth Unemployment problem , Infrastructure Development , Social Support and Protection of youthful population, Agriculture Innovations, Extension of vital services like power, water and Internet, Extension of ICT services to schools plus representing views of the people in parliament for the attention of relevant ministries to take note and action.
He also wants to see improved household income through supporting local SACCOs and encouraging saving culture among the constituents.
Mr. Johnson has been a regular development activist in Sheema District as well as greater Bushenyi and has been instrumental in several development projects in the district especially under Sheema Development Association (SDA) which he chaired for years.
Dr. Tanga Odoi, Chairman of the NRM Electoral Commission, said that voter location slips will soon be printed and distributed to all registered voters, guiding them to their designated tally centers for the forthcoming electoral processes.
The NRM primaries are due in July as the country prepares for 2026 General Elections.
