Ms Komugisha Joan has hit the ground running mobilizing for support after confirming her quest for Mubende Municipality MP seat. She wants to see effective leadership in the Municipality backed by proper service delivery.
She wants to work on the issue of land.. helping out landless to get one and fighting against land grabbers. She wants to uplift ghetto people and give them hope. She wants to put her emphasis on Hands on Skilling and on this she will create networks with institutions, government and individual stakeholders to put emphasis on this issue of hands on skills.
She wants to also empower women for them to enjoy equal opportunities and also wants to ensure youth have platforms to explore their talents and also express their ideologies. Together with her team, Ms Joan is already gearing up for the battle.
