Youthful politician Ms Ainebyona Marion was earlier this week nominated to contest for Rukungiri District Female Youth Councillor as she kicks off her political career. She is the NRM Flag Bearer for the seat in 2026 General elections. She was accompanied to the District Returning Officer by her mother.
Posting on her social media platform X, Ms Ainebyona Marion said she is ready to serve the people and develop her political career.
“Accompanied by my mother, i have been duly nominated to participate in the forthcoming general elections as the NRM flag bearer Rukungiri District female Youth Councilor. I thank you all for your support,” Ms Ainebyona Marion posted on her X handle.
