Nkuyege Think Tank Team commander, Hajjat Hanifah Karadi, has said she will celebrate her birthday which is this Thursday 18th June with vulnerable members of the community.
“I am dedicating it the the vulnerable members of our community. We / Hanifah Karadi mothering Community foundation will be sharing basic clothes and home utensils with vulnerable families. We do this with empathy, humility, and humanity — because giving is not about waiting until you “have enough”. It’s about sharing what you have, when you have it. The Prophet PBUH taught us that the most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if small. In the Holy Quran, Allah reminds us: _“O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.”_ – Quran 49:13. We are equal before God. Love for one another is not charity, it is duty,” Hajjat Hanifah Karadi.
Patriotism is not just waving the flag
Patriotism is seeing your brother or sister struggling and choosing to stand with them. A nation grows strong when no one is left behind.
This is my small act. I pray it inspires bigger ones. If you can join, bring a cloth, a cup, a plate. If you can’t, bring a prayer.
