President Museveni said Government is working on another ICT backbone both on land and sea that will provide another route to Internet and lower the cost of doing business.

“We have one route through Kenya which is pricy. Uganda looks to another route through Tanzania to further drop price of data”. He Urges youth to tap into ICT for jobs.
