Former Security Minister Gen. Henry Tumukunde has said the country needs to have organized designs and methodology to fight and eliminate rampant crimes in the country.
The general said if security agencies get more methodology, they will get rid of crime.
“It saddens me to see the current trajectory of crime waves in and around Kampala. My sympathies to those who have lost loved ones and property. I have said this before, sometimes crime grows to certain level and curbing it needs more organised designs and, as far as I am concerned, we need to be more methodological and we will get rid of crime,” Tumukunde said.
