UK-Based Ugandan Singer Michael Kiwanuka Tops ‘UK Albums Chart’

UK-based Ugandan soul singer, Michael Kiwanuka, has scored Number 1 on this week’s UK Official Albums Chart.

The singer’s second album, ‘Love & Hate’ topped the albums’ chart beating his previous Number 4 record of his 2012 album, ‘Home Again’.

Kiwanuka’s achievement comes in a week when the UK Official Albums Chart is celebrating its 60th birthday.

Meanwhile Adele’s ’25’ album is at Number 2 this week, marking its 31st week in the Top 10, and Christine & The Queens scores Number 3 with their album, ‘Chaleur Humaine’.

Drake’s album ‘Views’ comes 4th and Coldplay’s ‘A Head Full Of Dreams’ is in 5th position.
