Ugandan has won a food truck festival in Copenhagen, Denmark for his signature Ugandan food.
Sylvester Bbaale won over 50 others competitors for serving healthy and delicious street food inspired by his home country including the popular rolex. Rolex is wrap of flat unleavened bread stuffed with eggs.
“Thank you, thank you and again for the countless people who came to the food festival this weekend. We are more than happy and proud to be named the crowd’s favorite 2016 among tough competition.” Mr Bbaale said upon winning the award.
