Uganda lowers Visa fee

The government of Uganda has lowered her fee for a visa from US $100 to US $50 to enable more tourists and investors come to the country. The reduction of visa fee was confirmed to us by the minister of Information, ICT and National Guidance Hon Frank K. Tumwebaze. He said the government made the decision after listening carefully to stakeholders especially those in the tourism sector.

“Uganda listens carefully to stakeholders especially in the tourism sector and we respond. We have made this decision so that we enable more tourists to enjoy holidays, leisure and safaris in our beautiful country at a much lower cost than most other places in the world,” Hon. Frank Tumwebaze Minister of Information, ICT and National Guidance said.
