Aspiring MP for Makindye East Tuff B real name Robert Ssekidde has revealed his main reason for joining politics despite it being a dirty game.
Tuff B had a good job at NBS television and was actually doing very well for himself. But he slowly joined the National Unity Platform (NUP) as a member but ended up wanting a card to run as a Member of Parliament.
According to Tuff B, he has grown up in Uganda and he has seen how the young people are struggling everyday without jobs.
He said that his main reason and plan of joining politics is to bridge a gap between the unemployed and the employed hoping more doors will he open for everyone.
Tuff B claimed that there is nepotism in the country and even the educated are not employed because people have been in their jobs for 40 years and are not willing to leave it for the younger people.
“My plan is to fix unemployment, mainly. That’s why l joined into politics. I’m going to bridge the gap between the unemployed and those who are employed,” Tuff B said.
