The biggest Kids’ Christmas party is on this Sunday

The week we have all been waiting for is finally here and the reason is simple; The Green Christmas Party.

This Sunday 13th December all roads lead to Kololo Airstrip for the eagerly anticipated kids Green Christmas Party hosted by Uganda’s Little Hands Go Green and My Kid Is A Super star. President Yoweri Museveni is expected to be the chief guest and will sing Merry Christmas to the kids and the entire nation.

The Christmas party is part of the long term Little Hands Go Green agenda to use fun filled activities to educate children about the need to plant trees as a way of protecting and conserving the environment.

At this year’s event, Little Hands Go Green’s Joseph Masembe told Showbiz Uganda that every child who will attend the event will go home with a free fruit tree seeding which they can plant at home to bear them fruits and protect the environment.

“These trees will help to remind these youngsters about the role they have to play in climate change and inspire them to play a part in protecting the green fading earth,” Masembe said.

With just days to the event we can confirm that Radio and Weasel, Sheebah Karungi and Sitya Loss Kids will grace the event.

Entrance to the event is 10K for each kid and free for adults. The fun filled event will kick off at 10am and go all the way to 6pm. This is a must attend event for your kids. Watch the space!
