    Diva Angella Katatumba has said she left Daddy Andre because he refused to do an HIV test.

    In the statement, the singer Andre did everything for her and she was ready to love him forever but he refused to do an important test when the two were supposed to start live bonk sessions. Below is her full statement;

    Hi Everyone,

    This is in response to all those that have been constantly asking me for interviews regarding my relationship with Andre.

    – For over three months, Andre treated me like a princess. He spent over 20 Million UGX on me. There is nothing he didn’t do or buy for me and he never let me pay for a thing. He introduced me to all his friends, family, relatives and he even took me to his village.

    – Things got crazy for him in January where he was burdened with a lot of problems. Amongst financial and many others, Andre’s former PA stole his money and his car and to make matters worse, I also left him in January, because, he completely refused to do the HIV test.

    Trust me, this was not an easy decision and I felt horrible, especially after, Andre poured all the love on earth on me. Despite that, I had to stick to my principles. I decided to keep it professional and focus on promoting our music.

    Diva Angella Katatumba has signed experienced video producer Shilo for her music projects.

    Shilo is a graduate in Software Engineering, Business Administration and Journalism, with a diploma in Film production.

    – He is a campus drop out of Engineering in his 3rd year after he ran out of fees.
    – He has been in music video production for 10yrs.
    – He has done mostly East and Southern Africa gigs with a few outsourced from Nigeria from the likes of Davido and Wizkids’ management as an editor.

    Currently, Shilo has an oncoming project with Yemie Alade and Sauti Soul. – He has worked as a photographer for global brands based in Kampala. Major local products include Navios major hits of all times from Njogereza to the last project Gwe Asinga.
    – He has also worked with Tom The Mith Mayanja, Kenyas Nonini, Ice Prince and others, in addition to private deals under a non disclosure contract for international music labels.

    DPP withdraws malicious criminal case against Angella Katatumba

    The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has withdrawn and dropped charges of; criminal tresspass, impersonation, obtaining money by false pretense and fraud maliciously levied on Angella Katatumba by Mukesh Shukula aka Shumuk in yet another failed attempt to gain ownership of Hotel Diplomate Muyenga.

    It is public knowledge that H.E Prof Boney Katatumba won his property cases against Shumuk at Commercial court.

    The Honorable Justice Peter Henry Adonyo ruled very harshly against Shumuk ordering him to put all the titles back into the names of Boney Katatumba of which Shumuk fraudulently put in his names.

    The titles are for the properties of Katatumba Suites, Hotel Diplomate Muyenga and Katatumba’s 200 acre Island in Banda, Kalangala.
    The judge further ordered Shumuk to pay Katatumba 54 Billion for the balance he owes Katatumba at Katatumba Suites. Shumuk appealed and was granted a stay of execution. The reason why he has not yet been thrown out of Katatumba Suites.

    Shumuk then resorted to opening the same case that he lost, using forgeries that he is currently standing trial for at Buganda Road Court. He has so far opened cases against Angella Katatumba at; Makindye court, Lands at High Court and Execution Division, all of which he has miserably lost, in the hopes of gaining possession of Hotel Diplomaté.

    The most recent case he opened against Angella Katatumba was a Private prosecution case at Makindye. The charge sheet was full of trumped up and bogus charges against Angella Katatumba of; criminal trespass, obtaining money by false pretense, cheating and impersonation at Hotel Diplomaté.

    The DPP, the Honourable Justice Mike Chibita, noted that Shumuk was maliciously targeting Angella Katatumba and he then withdrew the case against Angella Katatumba and dropped all the charges of which, Makindye court then acquitted her.

    CHICKEN TONIGHT ATTACKERS SHOCK COURT BY SHAMELESSLY DENYING EVER SETTING EYES ON, OR ASSAULTING ANGELLA KATATUMBA AT CHICKEN TONIGHT

    Yesterday afternoon Thursday 15th August 2019, before the Magistrate at Makindye Court, His Worship Allan Gakyaro, the Chicken Tonight assaluters were brought to court to testify in their highly followed case against Singer and Philanthropist Angella Katatumba and her music colleague Oneil Burke also known as Kuzi Kz.

    It was all shock and laughs during this court session when all the accused Olubwoth Choka Rogers, Kaddu John and Okirwoth Denis shamelessly denied ever setting their eyes on, or touching both Angella Katatumba and Kuzi on the said day of the assault.

    The three also stated that at the time of the publicly viewed CCTV footage that went viral of Angella Katatumba and Kuzi being assaulted by them, they were all at their homes in bed sleeping. More shockingly, they denied their statements that they made at Kabalagala Police station in relation to their charges the day they were arrested.

    Their defence testimonies were completely in contradiction with each other, with some saying they were arrested and taken straight to court, others saying they passed outside Kabalagala police station not entering inside, others saying they were taken inside the police station to only sit down.

    The accused all strongly denied their recorded statements, they denied their own signatures which happened to match the signatures on their bail forms and when asked to sign in court, they signed in the exact same way.

    The three simply used the deny absolutely everything strategy. The Magistrate kept on reminding them that they were under oath, but the three failed to heed his warnings and continued to deny absolutely everything put to them regarding the day they were accused on April 1st 2018.

    Their deny everything strategy seems to undoubtedly put Chicken Tonight in absolute loss in this very serious, public and highly followed case.

    It is public knowledge that on the 1st of April, 2018 the above mentioned employees with Chicken Tonight Kabalagala Branch, did grevious harm to the popular singer when she had gone to their restaurant to buy late night snacks with her music colleague Kuzi.

    The next date of hearing for the defence has been fixed for 13th September 2019 at 11am.
