City heartthrob socialite, model and fashion enthusiastic Debie Kagisha has set up an all ladies boutique named Debie Divaz Collection.

The boutique located at Mini Village Kabalagala shop 18 deals in all ladies clothing, bags, shoes and jewelry. Debie told www.showbizuganda.com that her passion for fashion inspired her to set up the boutique.
