Sheilah Gashumba Steals Show In Renzioni At Miss Rwanda

While we were here contemplating on whether to wear our miniskirts or not, someone was in Kigali wearing something that wasn’t one.Sheilah co hosted the event with Lion Manzi

Last Saturday was the annual Miss Rwandabeauty pageant in Kigali and our own TV star Sheilah Gashumba was the host of the glamorous event. What stole the show though was her long form fitting African print dress by local designer Renzioni.

What a modest way to represent Uganda!!

Why she chose to wore something extremely long is not important. What is important is the fact that she shined in the dress. It’s always nice when Ugandan designers are supported. I believe many more stars and celebrities will be coming on board too.

Sheilah Gashumba and Lion Manzi

The pageant which was held at the Petit Stade in Remera ended with the crowning of 19 year old Colombe Akiwacu. The 19 year old beauty  beat 14 others to the crown and walked away with a grand prize that included a brand new car, a return air ticket to France or Spain and a cash prize of Rwf2 million among other prizes.
