Celebrated TV presenter and events MC, Sheila Salta, is set to join NBS Television.
It is expected that Salta will be the more frequent female face on the TV station’s weekly music live-audience TV show, “Katch Up,” with Anita Fabiola, as we learnt from a statement Next Media Services released 3 weeks ago, expected to be seen less of due to her now busy international schedule.
With Katch-Up being off-season, we expect that Salta will only be seen on air in February, with the show’s 3rd season expected to premiere on Friday, February 7th, 2020.
Salta has been on the TV scene since she was 13 years old when she worked on the now-defunct WBS TV’s Teens Club, before returning to work with Magic One & Urban TV until recently.
Working with Douglas Lwanga, MC Isaac, DVJ Mercy, as well as Fabiola once in a while, could surely be a challenge for Salta, but her experience in the industry, as well as energy on the microphone, should help her settle in seamlessly.
Katch Up airs live every Friday from 10:00pm to midnight on NBS Television.
