Rt. Hon. Kadaga to unveil more tourism sites in Busoga Region

Busoga Kingdom’s Tourism and Heritage Ministry is set to unveil more tourism sites in the region in a bid to promote tourism and increase on revenue in Busoga and Country at large.

During a presser today at the Busoga Kingdom headquarters, Busoga Kingdom’s Minister of Tourism and Heritage, Owek. Hellen Namutamba said they are set to unveil two heritage sites in Busiki chiefdom on Sunday June 16th, 2024 in Namutumba district adding that the unveiling will officially be done by the First deputy Prime Minister and Minister of East African Community Affairs, Rt. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga.

Sites expected to be unveiled include Nakyaka Herbal Forest tourism site as the 37th tourism site and Namagero Rock cultural site at the 38th tourism site, of the Abaise Igaga clan.
