Rita Namuwenge Woman MP Hopeful Mbale City delivers special PLE message for Candidates

Ms Rita Namuwenge, Mbale City Woman MP seat hopeful has delivered a special message to Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) candidates ahead of their exams starting this Wednesday.

Below is her message to the pupils of Mbale ahead of the papers.
