Ms Rita Namuwenge, Mbale City Woman MP seat hopeful has delivered a special message to Primary Leaving Examination (PLE) candidates ahead of their exams starting this Wednesday.
Below is her message to the pupils of Mbale ahead of the papers.

Remember, True Success goes beyond passing exams – it’s about becoming compassionate, curious, and courageous individuals making a lasting, positive impact. Give your absolute best, dear ones,” Rita Namuwenge said.
