The East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) MP hopeful, Hon. Racheal Kakungulu Kirama has wished her fellow Ugandans a happy Easter Holiday celebrations. As the long Easter weekend kicks off, below is her full message.
“As we gather to commemorate the Last Supper of Jesus Christ, I extend warmest wishes to you and your loved ones. May this holy day inspire us to reflect on the values of love, humility, and service that Jesus embodied.
May the spirit of Maundy Thursday guide us to cultivate compassion, forgiveness, and kindness in our daily lives. May we strive to serve others with selflessness and generosity, just as Jesus did.
May this day be a time for spiritual renewal, peace, and joy. May our risen Lord fill your life with blessings, guidance, and protection.
