The habit is slowly becoming a danger for our culture here in Uganda as mob people are engaging in it. Latest info reaching our desk has it that a son to a prominent church elder in Kajjansi along Entebbe Road was caught in gay practice with a fellow male friend at a hotel in
Mukono. The church elder’s son identified as Mayanja Misaer has been viewed by many as his father’s heir but this practice has led him into hiding.
Sources say after he narrowly escaped the mob justice, Mayanja has since gone into hiding. In fact it is said he even left the country for fear of his life.
The prominent church elder who we can’t mention here because of the sensitivity of the matter was devastated by his son’s act.
