Police quiz son of Masaka businessman over his whereabouts after gay allegations
Police have quized the son of Masaka businessman and driver after he disappeared over gay allegations.
Abdul Ssentamu, 24, of Kasana Nyendo in Masaka Municipality was tasked by Police to tell the whereabouts of his father Nyanzi Baker after he was accused by locals of being gay.
Mukasa Joseph and his driver Nyanzi Baker were accused by the residents demanded an immediate eviction from the village of Kasaana due to their sexual orientation.
Nyanzi Baker and Mukasa Joseph because of fear after the accusations are said to have abandoned their families and are on a run to save their lives.
Joseph and Baker have long been accused of indulging in gay activities, something the villagers claim and do not want to associate with.
Ssentamu was quizzed by Police for over two hours and he insisted that his father is either in Canada or in the United States of America.
Both Police and the residents are on search to find Baker and Joseph and punish them.
