NRM Registrars on the run after  Olyeko’s petition as Nebbi voters break voting record beyond 100%

Latest news reaching our website has it that NRM Registrars from Akworo Sub County in Nebbi District on run after Padyere County MP hopeful Mr. Olyeko Denis Oryema petitioned the Nebbi NRM Electoral Commission over the unfair NRM primaries in Padyere County mid this month.

The complaints in the petitions filed by the candidate says the elections were not free and fair affecting the would have been real outcome.

According to our sources in Nebbi, it alleges that the polls were marred with irregularities ranging from bribery, altering results and rigging to favour the incumbent.

What is shocking also is that the final tally percentage was beyond the normal 100% and it went up to 130% which means Nebbi voted beyond normal voting breaking the voting record in the country.

People in Nebbi are wondering why these people (Registrars) are not yet arrested as per detective of the president.

The NRM Tribunal will decide petitions from across the country within 35 days.
