The Ministry of Internal Affairs, working with security agencies yesterday arrested a man identified as Keith King Mugisha.
He was allegedly arrested and paraded before the camera on grounds that he was impersonating a presidential official.
He was also found in possession of multiple passports, firearms and ammunition. Watch the space!!
