Jackie Rwivanga on her soon opening Myvanga Hair Salon in Mbuya

Jackline Rwivanga aka Jackie Porsche Rwivanga, the brains behind House of J, a furniture shop at Forest Mall Lugogo and Drew and Jacs Patisserie Restaurant , coffee shop and bar which is also located at Forest Mall Lugogo has revealed to us  why she has gone for salon business in Mbuya Kampala.

Myvanga Hair Salon is set to open to the general public in October in Mbuya next to Zone 7 and it will be dealing in both male and female hair styles. Jackie Rwivanga told www.showbizuganda.com that she thought of starting the salon because she business minded. She added that she saw an opportunity in her neigbhood.

“Am the kind that prefers to go to small neighbourhood salons… i saw an opportunity in my neighbourhood and took it up to serve not just people in my neighbourhood but also myself! Not forgetting of course am a business woman always looking out for opportunities,” Jackie Porsche Rwivanga said.

Jackie intimated to this website that she is getting some hair dressers from Rwanda which is known as one of the countries with best hair dressers around. “I will bring some consultants from Rwanda and other countries to work in the salon and this will give an extra boost as well as bring something different in Kampala.

Jackie said she is ready to pamper her customers with top notch services like never seen before. “We will be serving customers tea, coffee, cookies, a glass of wine when doing their hair, just give them an extra. Service is something I have done all my life and I enjoy it and am sure if I give them what other salons don’t, this will bring a customer back,” Jackie revealed.
