Hon. Thomas Tayebwa extends COVID -19 support to Mitooma Taskforce
Ruhinda North County MP Hon. Thomas Tayebwa has extended support to Mitooma District COVID-19 Taskforce. He has added more contribution of 20000kgs of posho to support Mitooma Vulnerable families especially in Ruhinda North.
“As we continue to fight this pandemic, a few friends formed a WhatsApp group and managed to raise for me 12.5 tonnes of maize flour in just a few hours. This was topped up with 7.5 tonnes from my brother H.E King Ceasor Mulenga, Consul General of Vietnam to Uganda through King Ceasor University. Today I delivered the food (20,000 kgs) to the Mitooma District COVID-19 Task Force through my PA Mr. Alex Ainomugisha. The food will be distributed to the vulnerable families in Ruhinda North County as identified by LC1 Chairpersons and vetted by the GISOs on ground.
