Kampala central Member of Parliament Hon Nsereko Muhammad has called out National Unity Platform (NUP) President Bobi Wine real name Robert Kyagulanyi’s selfishness during Ssegirinya’s burial.
He said that he has never a disrespectful person like him who only thinks about himself and his political ambitions forgetting other people.
When Ssegirinya died, NUP and its members blamed everything on government. There were even allegations of the Kawempe North MP being poisoned while he was in prison for two years.

According to Nsereko, Ssegirinya was sick before he even went to prison. He said that the day of his swearing in, he was straight from Nairobi Kenya were he had been getting treatment for weeks.
Being in prison contributed to his death because he couldn’t continue with his medication and even going to his doctors.

Nsereko said that it was embarrassing when the whole burial was turned into a political rally in that some people were not given a chance to even talk about the life of their person that they loved most.
He also said that the mother of Ssegirinya thanked Mpuuga and the government because she knows who helped him and who wanted her child to be okay.
“I have never seen selfish and disrespectful people like those of NUP. They had no respect for the body of Ssegirinya and even the family because the children didn’t even bury their father which is shameful,”
