Rujumbura Constituency in Rukungiri District MP, Hon. Jim Muhwezi Katugugu, has held a community dialogue in Nyabugando, Bwambara Sub County in Rukungiri District concerning the irrigation scheme that was relocated by the Ministry of Water.
He assured the residents that the scheme will be repaired and restored to full operation as soon as possible. He also revealed that the government has introduced two new schemes at Enengo and Bwambara Bugangari. He called on the people to stay calm and supportive of government programs and projects adding that more are coming.
‘Today, we held a community dialogue in Nyabugando, Bwambara SC concerning the irrigation scheme that was relocated by the Ministry of Water. The scheme will be repaired and restored to full operation. Additionally, the GOU has introduced 2 schemes: the Enengo & Bwambara Bugangari,” Hon. Jim Muhwezi shared on his social media platforms after the meeting last week.
