Political, social and economic analyst and Motivational speaker Mr. Frank Gashumba has praised comedian Patrick Salvado’s talent. He said that he is the only comedian in Uganda who ho can speak English for 5 minutes.
He also said that he is the biggest export in Uganda when it comes to the entertainment industry.
Most Ugandan comedians don’t perform outside the country. Even when they do, it is around the community of Ugandans who can understand what exactly they are saying and the jokes they are making.
According to Frank Gashumba, Uganda needs talent like Salvado who can perform in a crowd of people who don’t know him well and still find it funny.
The analyst revealed that workout talented educated people, Ugandans will stay behind they will not go international like the other musicians.
“Patrick Salvado is the only Ugandan international comedian. He is actually the only one that speaks English for five minutes while doing comedy. We need more people like him otherwise Uganda will stay behind in the entertainment industry,”’
