The former aspirant for Kibanda North MP seat in Kiryandongo District, Mr. Likambo Taylor Bahti, has appealed to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni to give him the post of Residence District Commissioner (RDC).
He describes himself as a loyal member of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) who is skilled and ready to serve the party at the next level.
His expertise, skills and party loyalty make him a strong candidate for the RDC post.
He has promised to serve with integrity, uphold NRM principles and promote development.
