2. Enhanced Healthcare Services

Understanding the importance of accessible healthcare, Kadaga has been instrumental in upgrading medical facilities throughout the district. She has overseen the construction and rehabilitation of health centers, such as the fully-fledged Buluya Health Centre II, which now offers maternity services and separate wards for children, women, and men. Her initiatives have reduced the distance residents must travel to access medical care, particularly benefiting women and children.
3. Economic Empowerment and Agricultural Development
Kadaga has launched programs aimed at boosting household incomes and promoting self-sufficiency. Notably, she initiated the Village Agricultural Model (VAM) in Kamuli, focusing on improving agricultural production and transforming livelihoods. She has also distributed sewing machines and other start-up kits to women and youth groups, fostering entrepreneurship and economic growth within the community.

4. Advocacy for Women’s Rights and Social Welfare
A staunch advocate for women’s rights, Kadaga has actively worked to end early marriages and teenage pregnancies in Kamuli. She has emphasized the importance of education for girls and has called upon communities to protect and empower the girl child. Her efforts have also extended to addressing domestic violence and promoting women’s economic empowerment through various initiatives.
