City commercial model, Efrance Nakitto has cracked a deal with Mega Milk to promote the product on the Ugandan market. Efrance made an advert for the full cream milk calling on the general public to buy the product. In the video posted online, she called on her followers to grab the milk from the nearest supermarket or shops.
