Eddy Kenzo, Massamba Intore, Cindy, Omega 256, Ray G & Inyamibwa Cultural Troupe set to rock Abavandimwe Carnival Igitaramo at Lugogo

The Council for Abavandimwe is set to host The First ever Abavandimwe Carnival dubbed Igitaramo on Saturday 3rd January 2026 at Cricket Oval Lugogo.

And a number of music stars have been lined up to spice up the event and they include Grammy award winning star Eddy Kenzo, Massamba Intore from Rwanda, Cindy Sanyu, Western Uganda music queen Omega 256, Ray G & Inyamibwa Cultural Troupe from Rwanda.

Mr. Frank Gashumba under the Council For Abavandimwe, the chief organizer confirmed the star-studded line up of performers and has called upon all the Bavandimwe and well-wishers to join and have fun on that day.

The entrance to the carnival is totally free for all and dress code is white.
