In commemoration of the 3rd death anniversary of Late former Speaker Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah, the Deputy Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa has asked leaders to uphold the values he stood for and work together to build a stronger Parliament and better Uganda.

The Deputy Speaker was addressing as they marked three years since his death.

He said the late was a leader who was humble, diligent, and deeply committed to serving his country.

“Today marks three years since the passing of our leader at Parliament, Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah. Those of us who had the honor of working alongside him remember a leader who was humble, diligent, and deeply committed to serving his country. In Parliament, he often encouraged us to prepare thoroughly and engage thoughtfully, always emphasizing the value of informed debate. As we reflect on his life and legacy, may we continue to uphold the values he stood for and work together to build a stronger parliament and better Uganda. “WeRememberOJ,” Rt.
