Communication specialist Cynthia Mpanga is in things, we can reveal. The Council of Uganda Chamber of Mines and Petroleum (UCMP) has appointed Cynthia Mpanga as a Voluntary Advisor to the Council on Public Relations Matters.
The UCMP elected Council for 2019-2021 held their 1st meeting on 10th July 2019 in which they appointed Cynthia as a voluntary Advisor to the Council on Public Relations Matters (for the same period 2019 to 2021).
