Bryan White Foundation (BWF) has acquired new headquarters, we can reveal. The foundation has shifted its base permanently from Kampala to Kimanya Bbambula in Kikandwa Sub County Busunju Mityana District.
At their new home, the foundation is constructing a mega Rehabilitation Centre. The centre, first of its kind in East Africa will have a Technical School and Demonstration Farm as well as other necessities.
Bryan White, the Bryan White Foundation founder said his NGO has now put its focus on reforming members of Street Criminal Gangs who have made Ugandans suffer a lot especially in urban centres.
“I know we shall not finish crime in Uganda but we will reduce it,” Bryan White said. The foundation team will be visiting each district to pick the affected youths and bring them to Busunju for rehabilitation process.
When complete, the entire project will cost the foundation more than $4m and will sit on more than 30 acres of land.
