Aminah Zawedde lauds the service award given to her by the president

On Sunday, during the Liberation Day celebrations in Mubende, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni awarded and recognized Ms Aminah Zawedde, the Permanent Secretary Ministry of ICT, along with other officials, for their outstanding contributions to the successful implementation of reliable connectivity, media coordination, branding, and ensuring visibility, among other efforts, during the hosting of the NAM/G77 Summit.

In response to the recognition, Aminah Zawedde described it a remarkable achievement.

“Today has been a remarkable day! This Service Award by H.E Kaguta Museveni reflects the power of great leadership, partnerships, support, collaboration, and working towards a common goal. I thank all my teams and private sector players who enabled us to realise this win during the NAM/G77 summits. Special thanks to the ICT, Media & publicity Subcommittee along with private sector partners,” she shared.
