Uganda will on Sunday 24th March 2019 join the rest of the world to celebrate World Tuberculosis Day 2019.
Star singer Bebe Cool who is the United Nations (UN) Tuberculosis ambassador for Uganda revealed that time is now to end TB in Uganda and the world. He called for unity and awareness to end TB threat by finding the missing TB patients.
“Uganda will join the rest of the World on 24th March to celebrate World Tuberculosis Day 2019. Tuberculosis (TB) kills 4500 people globally each day and in Uganda alone we register over 80,000 new TB cases annually. Let’s us unite and create awareness to End TB by finding the missing TB patients. #ItsTimetoEndTB,” Bebe Cool posted.
