Kampala: C-Care Uganda has partnered with Swangz Avenue to provide on-site medical and emergency support at Vinka’s highly anticipated “Live & Loud” concert, taking place tonight at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

With thousands of fans expected to attend, C-Care will have medical teams and fully equipped emergency ambulances on standby throughout the event, providing immediate medical support to concertgoers who may require attention.

The on-site teams will provide rapid assessment and care for common event-related medical needs, including dehydration, heat exhaustion and minor injuries, while remaining prepared to respond to more serious medical emergencies.

Where further medical attention is required, patients will be stabilised and transferred to C-Care Kololo Hospital, while more complex cases will be escalated to C-Care IHK for specialised care.

“Large entertainment events bring our community together in incredible ways, but they also come with health and safety considerations,” said Sheila Aboth, Head of Brand at C-Care Uganda. “We are pleased to partner with Swangz Avenue to bring professional medical support closer to concertgoers. Our role is to be prepared and available when healthcare support is needed, so that people can enjoy the evening with confidence.”

The C-Care medical teams and emergency units will be operational from the opening of the gates through to the conclusion of the concert. The partnership brings together entertainment and healthcare with a shared focus on creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone attending Vinka’s “Live & Loud.”
