This week, Hon. DR. Sarah Khanakwa, former Namisindwa District Woman MP contestant is set to launch a pilot massive nursery beds for coffee and other major cash crops to boost farming in the district.
The nursery beds will supply coffee seedlings 100% free of charge to the people of Namisindwa regardless of their political affiliations.
She has already donated over 10 acres of land to spearhead this project.
Her aim is that by 2030, household incomes for the people of Namisindwa will be high (People must have money in their pockets).
Dr. Khanakwa has started fulfilling part of her manifesto to improve household incomes, which she promised during her campaign last year.
DR. has decided to work for her people despite not having the mandate of the people as the District Woman MP like she wanted earlier this Year.
