‘I remain committed to revolutionalise the sports sector’ says Peter Ogwang as he lauds President M7 for retaining him

The newly sworn in State Minister for Sports Hon. Peter Ogwang has said he remains committed to revolutionalising the sports sector in the country. He said this after he was today sworn in again at State House Entebbe to serve the same position.

The Minister also thanked President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for retaining him in this new term under the theme ‘Kisanja No More Sleep No Corruption’


“Once again, I thank President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for retaining me in the cabinet to serve as the State Minister for Sports in this “Kisanja no more sleep” under the able leadership and supervision of Maama Janet Museveni, the senior minister. The journey of service begun today after taking oath at State House and I remain committed to revolutionalising the sports sector and with immediacy, resume the preparations to deliver the country’s dream of hosting AFCON 2027,” Hon. Peter Ogwang said.
