Rujumbura Constituency in Rukungiri District NRM flag bearer for 2026, Hon. Jim Muhwezi (Rtd Maj Gen.), has assured the people of Bugangari that clean and safe is no longer an issue in the area.
This is because through his lobbying, the government has procured a contractor to work on Bugangari-Bwambara Water Supply scene. Rtd Maj. Gen. Hon. Jim Muhwezi confirmed the news while launching his campaign officially on Monday at Bugangari. The most pressing issue in the whole sub County of Bugangari was water and it is now going to be sorted as soon as possible.
“Yesterday, I launched my re-election campaign in Bugangari Sub-County. The pressing issue was water, but this is no longer the case, as the government has procured a contractor to work on the Bugangari-Bwambara Water Supply Scheme, as outlined in the NRM Manifesto- See page 139,” Hon. Jim Muhwezi said.
He promised continued infrastructure development in the areas of health, education and transport. He assured the people of Rujumbura of effective representation with accountability.
